Job summary

SWC BUILDERS & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 1–2 years of experience in interior contracts in Singapore. You will prepare BQ, tender submissions, and monitor payments and claims for projects.

The role requires cost analysis skills, MS Office proficiency, and meticulous, independent work attitude. REDAS/PSSOC knowledge is an added advantage. Interesting interior fit-out focus.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in QS/Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' experience in interior contracts in Singapore.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Good knowledge of cost analysis and pricing of interior materials/works.
• Meticulous, independent and highly motivated.
• Contract knowledge is an advantage (REDAS/PSSOC).

Responsibilities

• Preparation of bills of quantities and material lists for tendering purposes.
• Prepare quotations, BQ, variation claims etc.
• Take off quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers pricing.
• Preparation of tender submission.
• Assist in monitoring progress claims and payments, subcontractors payment, certification, VO submission and final accounts.
• Assist in verifying subcontractor claims and subcontractor awards.
• Attend site meetings and other ad-hoc duties.
• Prepare pre-tender documents.
