Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying.
• 2-5 years' relevant experience with contractor.
• Meticulous and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender documents and quantities.
• Provision of cost estimates.
• Evaluation of tender proposals.
• Conduct project feasibility studies and manage cost information for all projects.
• Assist on contractual issues with client, subcontractor and consultants.
• Overall project budget setting and monitoring.
• Comparison and review of award of contracts and rates.
• Monitoring of project expenditure and preparation of cashflow projections and updates for budget control.
• Advise on possible cost overruns and alternative solutions.
• Expand the pool of sub-contractor and supplier contacts and sourcing.
