Job summary

S&TECHS CONSTRUCTION (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for interior fit-out projects.

The role involves managing cost, procurement, and commercial aspects from tender to final account, in a fast-paced design-and-build environment. You will estimate quantities, prepare budgets, and supervise subcontractor accounts, with a focus on cost control and value engineering while coordinating with project managers and design teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Proven procurement, variation, and subcontractor accounts management.
• Comfortable working in short-duration, fast-track project environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness; good communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimations for interior fit-out projects from drawings and specs.
• Develop budgets and monitor adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing.
