Job summary

Propell Integrated Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveying professional to prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design projects, review supplier quotations, and ensure tender requirements are met. You will assist the QS Manager with quantity take-off, costing, and post-tender updates, coordinating with suppliers and clients to deliver compliant bids.

This role requires attention to detail, strong budgeting knowledge, and experience with A&A live environments.

Qualifications

Requires experience in cost estimation and tendering for interior design projects.
Ability to review supplier/contractor quotations and ensure compliance with requirements.
Strong documentation and records management to support tender and post-tender processes.

Responsibilities

Assist QS Manager to handle and calculate quantity and costing for tender assignments.
Conduct technical review of supplier/contractor quotations/proposals for compliance.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design (ID) projects including materials, labour, and equipment costs.
Ensure supplier equipment selections and subcontractor quotes meet tender requirements.
Review tender documents and raise queries to the client as needed.
Review tender addenda and update costing summaries with technical proposals.
