Qualificações

• 2 years of outbound tele sales or call center sales experience preferred.
• Experience in insurance, banking or financial services sales is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willing to work in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound sales calls to promote insurance products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle customer enquiries, objections and follow-ups professionally.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
