Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform basic transaction checks and ensure forms and documents are completed accurately.
• Meet customers in person when required to explain insurance policy features, benefits and available options.
• Understand customers’ concerns about surrendering their policies and explore suitable alternatives where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
• Perform general customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
