Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Executive on a 2-month contract for Marina One. The role involves responding to customer enquiries via email, processing forms, and explaining insurance policy features to clients.

Ideal candidates will handle in-person meetings when required and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service. The contract runs from mid-November 2026 to mid-January 2027, with office hours, Monday to Friday.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Good written communication.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
• Perform general customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
