Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a temporary Customer Service Assistant for a two-month assignment at Marina One. You will respond to simple customer enquiries by email, perform basic transaction checks, and assist with documentation.

The role involves face-to-face meetings when required, guiding customers through product features, and offering alternatives to policy surrender where appropriate, while recording interactions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to simple customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform basic checks on customer transactions and ensure proper completion of forms and documents for faster processing.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers outside the office where required.
• Engage customers who are considering surrendering their policies and understand their concerns and needs.
• Walk customers through relevant product features, benefits and available options to help them make informed decisions.
• Encourage customers to consider alternative options to policy surrender, where appropriate and in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and outcomes.
• Work closely with the Contact Centre Team Lead and relevant internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately.
• Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
