Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is sourcing for a 6-month contract role based at Marina One, Singapore. You will support Investment & ILP Operations, monitor fund switching, top-ups and withdrawals, and act as a point of contact for queries.

Coordinate with Underwriting and Actuarial to clear loadings and quotes, and oversee end-to-end claims servicing for death, disability, or critical illness cases. A fast-paced environment requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment operations and policy servicing preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with underwriting, actuarial, and customer service teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fund switching, top-ups, and partial withdrawals execution.
• Identify and resolve failed trades or delays by coordinating with Investment Operations and customer service.
• Act as a primary contact for queries related to policies and claims.
• Liaise with Underwriting to clear loadings on high-sum assured cases.
• Manage end-to-end escalation of death, disability, or critical illness claims.
• Coordinate with Actuarial for special quotes.
• Identify stuck policies and coordinate closure with relevant departments.
