Morgan McKinley Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a customer service specialist to handle inbound calls and digital enquiries from our CBD office, with standard Monday to Friday hours. The position is a 1-year contract, highly renewable, and offers a completion bonus.

You will update CRM accurately, meet KPIs, and work with internal teams to enhance the customer journey. A minimum of one year in a contact centre is required; bilingual ability is preferred, and insurance knowledge is an advantage.

Qualificações

• Min 1 year Customer service experience in a Contact Centre environment is a MUST!
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual is preferred to deal with people from all walks of life
• Insurance certification (General or Health) is an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer enquiries via inbound phone calls and digital channels with professionalism and care
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in our CRM system
• Proactively cross-sell and promote our insurance products when opportunities arise
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain service quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer journey
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and participate in continuous learning
