Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage claims recovery cases and follow up to meet targets.
• Contact policyholders to gather information and assist with submissions to third parties.
• Explain the process clearly, address concerns and encourage participation.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with policyholders and financial reps.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, progress and outcomes.
• Follow policies and identify/regulate potential risks.
• Support process improvements and other supervisor-led projects.
