You will explain the recovery process to policyholders, handle inbound and outbound calls, and maintain accurate records of call activities and outcomes.

• Experience in Insurance claims or functions.

• Contact policyholders daily to gather information and assist with third-party claim submissions.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in accordance with standard procedures and service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of call activities, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
