Job summary

Placement Professionals, LLC is seeking a dynamic individual to handle all claim matters within our Singapore-based operation. The role includes answering queries, reviewing and submitting claims documents, monitoring pending claims, and supporting the supervisor.

• Experience with claims processes is preferred, but training will be provided.

Job Overview

The candidate is expected to handle all claim matters which including but not limited to answering claims queries, review and submission of claims documents, monitor/ review of pending claims/ queries and other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Training will be provided for candidate who has no related claims experience.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Teamwork - working as a team and assisting claim colleagues during their absence


• Address client inquiries with a high degree of urgency


• Monitor and meet all professional timelines and commitments you have assumed


• Maintain full and accurate claim registration for the claims handled by you


• Provide rapid follow‑up communication regarding unresolved matters and incoming emails


• Conduct a monthly audit of your open case files and consult leadership for strategic guidance


• Proactively highlight brewing difficulties or technical problems before they escape into formal grievances


• Assist in claim related administration works including managing claims inbox


• Conduct on-site customer visits or meet patrons at their corporate offices when necessary.

Specific Skills

• Able to draft simple claims related emails and letters to respective parties


• Possess the capacity to balance and navigate consumer demands regarding the processing of their losses


• Full understanding of claims procedures and processes for all classes of insurance policies


• To obtain BCP, PGI, ComGI, and HI
