Job summary

Etiqa Insurance Singapore is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team to support general insurance policy processing and premium collections. This role involves issuance of new business, renewals, endorsements, and handling policy documentation with accuracy.

The candidate will liaise with intermediaries and internal stakeholders, participate in system enhancements and UATs, and assist in ad-hoc duties. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in general insurance
• Insurance Certifications - BCP / PGI / COMGI is a plus
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work efficiently in a high demand and fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and projects concurrently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in team environment, collaborate across multiple functional areas and develop rapport with key stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Assist the business development manager in general insurance policy processing and premium collections
• Issuance and administer of new business, renewal policies and endorsement
• Scanning insurance related documents and reports to ensure information accuracy and completeness
• Maintain service standards to customers and agents by ensuring the accuracy of policy documentation
• Manage policy documentation and related administrative duties
• Correspond enquiries from intermediaries and internal stakeholders
• Initiate and support system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the department's work processes
• Assist in any other adhoc duties as may be assigned by managers
• Investigate on any complaints and provide findings to the manager, elevate cases and follow up promptly, and to give feedback for further improvement
• Prepare operational documentation and reports (Weekly, monthly)
• Support onsite marketing activity on ad-hoc basis
