QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in general insurance to provide operational support and drive process improvements within a fast-paced, collaborative team.

The role focuses on handling policy administration, premiums, and stakeholder inquiries, delivering high service standards while supporting business development initiatives and on-site activities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience within a general insurance company, broker, or intermediary.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Business Development team for general insurance policies and premium collection processes
• Process new policies, renewals, and policy amendments/endorsements accurately and efficiently from start to finish
• Review, organise, and maintain insurance documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy of records
• Prepare policy-related documents timely and accurately to deliver high service standards
• Respond promptly to enquiries from intermediaries and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
• Maintain up-to-date policy records and support daily administrative tasks for the team
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, including system enhancements and UAT
• Review customer complaints, conduct initial investigations, and elevate findings to managers with timely follow-up
• Prepare regular operational reports, including weekly and monthly summaries, to support business insights
• Provide occasional on-site support for marketing or business activities as needed
• Undertake additional operational responsibilities as assigned by the team
