Job summary

Etiqa Insurance Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a dynamic professional to join our team, focusing on end-to-end New Business and Policy Servicing with accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with underwriting, customer care, finance, IT, and distribution channels to resolve complex cases, drive improvements in turnaround times, and contribute to system enhancements and automation initiatives. A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in related fields is required, with 3–5 years in life

Responsibilities

• Manage New Business and Policy Servicing cases end-to-end with accuracy.
• Coordinate with underwriting, customer care, finance, IT, and distribution channels to resolve escalations.
• Ensure adherence to operational controls and governance while improving turnaround times.
• Support system enhancements, gather requirements, and participate in UAT.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements and automation.

SCOPE OVERVIEW

• Manage and oversee New Business and Policy Servicing cases end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a key liaison with underwriting, customer care, finance, IT, and distribution channels to resolve complex cases, enquiries, and escalations effectively.
• Ensure adherence to operational controls, service standards, and governance requirements, while driving improvements in turnaround time and service quality.
• Participate in and support system enhancements and transformation initiatives, including requirement gathering, impact assessment, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process/automation improvements, while monitoring performance trends and providing insights to enhance operational effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in related fields
• Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in life insurance operations or policy servicing preferred
• Ability to process transactions with accuracy and deliver within service standards
• Good time management skills, able to prioritise work to ensure efficiencyPossess good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Keen to learn with positive work attitude
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
