Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is partnering with a commercial lines broker to fill a one-year contract role at Raffles Place in Singapore. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:30, with a salary of up to SGD 4,300 plus a 1.5-month performance and completion bonus.

You will handle issuance of new business, renewals and endorsements, maintain policy documentation accuracy, manage related admin tasks, and respond to customer and intermediary inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Issuance of new business, renewal and endorsement documents for commercial lines of business
• Maintain service standards to customers by ensuring the accuracy of policy documentation
• Manage policy documentation and related administrative duties
• Assist to answer email and phone enquiries from customer care, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders
• Initiate and support system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the department's work processes
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
