Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification required.
• Minimum two years in insurance servicing, administration, operations or client care preferred.
• Experience in life or general insurance is advantageous.
• Familiarity with insurer portals, CRM systems and Microsoft Office is helpful.
• Strong written and spoken English; meticulous and organized.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions regarding life and general insurance plans.
• Assist with life and GI claims submissions, documentation and follow-ups.
• Manage policy-servicing requests, endorsements and renewals with clients and insurers.
• Track outstanding premiums, deductions and pending documentation; monitor renewal dates.
