• Follow up on failed transactions and processing delays with relevant internal teams.
• Handle enquiries from financial representatives and liaise with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with underwriting teams on medical and financial underwriting requirements.
• Follow up on policy applications and outstanding underwriting matters.
• Coordinate claims escalations involving death, disability and critical illness.
• Liaise with actuarial teams on special quotation requests.
• Monitor pending policy cases and coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate timely resolution and closure.
