ERGO Insurance Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a motivated professional to join our Distribution team.

The role focuses on recruiting and engaging Agents/Financial Advisors, driving sales targets, and overseeing onboarding and training processes. You will prepare regular production reports and benchmark insurance products for digital portals. Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in general insurance sales/distribution, strong stakeholder skills, and knowledge of Personal & Commercial Lines.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in sales / marketing / distribution and/or underwriting within general insurance
• Good knowledge of Personal & Commercial Lines and distribution practices
• Experience in agent/FA engagement, recruitment, or portfolio/production management within a distribution environment
• Experience in Accident, Travel (Personal & Group) and Home products
• Strong ability to analyse production performance and translate insights into actionable initiatives
• Exposure to digital or portal insurance products, including product benchmarking, requirements gathering, or optimisation of portal-based offerings
• Good network or connection of agents/FAs contacts
• Collaborative team player with good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Possession of relevant insurance or professional qualifications is required

Responsibilities

• Lead, drive and support Agents/Financial Advisors engagement and recruitment initiatives.
• Actively manage the Agents/FAs recruitment pipeline, partnering with team.
• Plan and oversee onboarding and structured training of new Agents/FAs.
• Monitor, track and analyse Agents/FAs performance and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and present production reports for Head of Distribution and Management.
• Conduct benchmarking of insurance products via digital portals to support development.
• Gather feedback to identify market gaps and competitive weaknesses in Retail and SME insurance.
• Translate market insights into clear product requirements and drive development with Underwriting.
• Collaborate to improve UI and intermediary journeys for digital products.
