Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of direct, door-to-door, field sales experience.
• Strong self-motivation and territory planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation in face-to-face settings.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and conduct field visits with business owners, property managers, and individual clients.
• Analyze client policy coverages to identify gaps and propose better general insurance solutions.
• Perform on-site risk assessments to collect underwriting details.
• Close new policy sales and coordinate handover to customer service.
• Represent the company at trade shows and local business events to raise brand visibility.
• Provide sales forecasts, maintain call logs, and capture customer feedback in the CRM.
