Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a customer service professional with at least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry. You will handle enquiries from customers and intermediaries, primarily via email using Salesforce, and ensure timely first-contact resolution.

You will follow SOPs, update customer records, and respond to communications while maintaining service standards and meeting SLA targets. This role may involve occasional outbound calls and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year experience in Insurance industry.
• Provide first-contact resolution for routine customer enquiries and requests.
• Process customer requests according to SOPs, product guidelines and approved templates.
• Maintain accurate customer records, case updates and follow-ups in Salesforce.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure all enquiries are handled within the required SLA and service standards.
• Handle customer and intermediary enquiries mainly via email through Salesforce.
• Respond to emails, letters and outbound calls when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
