U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Analyst in Singapore with 2–3 years of experience to support business and technology initiatives within the insurance domain. You will gather requirements, improve processes, and assist in delivering system enhancements across stakeholders and IT teams.

The role involves preparing BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and process flows, plus coordinating UAT activities and ensuring effective risk mitigation and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Exposure to insurance or financial services preferred.
• Basic understanding of SDLC (Agile/Waterfall).
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, or Visio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Work with business users and IT teams to understand project needs
• Prepare documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
• Support system enhancement and digital initiatives
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation and execution
• Track project progress and follow up on action items
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Preferably some exposure to insurance or financial services
• Basic understanding of SDLC (Agile/Waterfall)
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, or Visio
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to insurance systems (policy admin, claims, underwriting)
