Job summary

ONE VISA PTE. LTD. is seeking a commercially driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support and grow our Singapore and regional customer base.

Fresh graduates with an engineering or technical background are welcome. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and engage customers across email, phone, and WhatsApp, while coordinating with warehouses and overseas suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years in B2B/inside sales is a plus.
• Interest in industrial instruments such as pressure/temperature flow.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication.
• Ability to prepare accurate quotations and process orders.
• Proficient with MS Excel and basic CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp.
• Prepare accurate quotations for industrial instrumentation.
• Follow up quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
• Recommend relevant products and services.
• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to develop new business.
• Build relationships with purchasing, engineering and maintenance teams.
