Job summary

CMC Markets is a global leader in CFD trading and share investing. We are seeking a technically driven professional to provide operational support for the CMC Connect team, covering onboarding, testing and ongoing trading activity for institutional clients.

The successful candidate will have experience with institutional electronic trading, Web Services/APIs and FIX, collaborating with IT, Networks and external technology partners to ensure reliable connectivity and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business process change and technology implementation projects.
• Knowledge of the Institutional derivatives business area preferable.
• Experience supporting Institutional electronic trading.
• Experience in Web Services / APIs platform.
• Excellent understanding of FIX desirable.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support technical onboarding of new clients and testing.
• Maintain and configure Institutional application stack.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and third-party intermediaries.
• Contribute to IT and product strategy and delivery pipeline.
• Ensure confidentiality and professional client service.
• Work with Business Operations on daily Institutional tasks.
