Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of electronic trading support experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on FIX protocol experience.
• Proven expertise in FIX connectivity, client onboarding, certification, and production support.
• Experience with FIX engines such as CameronFIX or Appia.
• Strong understanding of Cash Equities trading workflows (DMA/DSA/Agency/Program).
• Familiarity with Asian market structures and exchange connectivity.
• Experience supporting OMS/EMS platforms (Fidessa, FlexTrade, Bloomberg, ITG).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for electronic trading operations across trading desks.
• Manage and support FIX connectivity requests from clients, brokers, exchanges, and vendors.
• Coordinate and execute FIX onboarding, certification, testing, and deployments for external counterparties and trading venues.
• Work closely with infrastructure and network teams to establish and maintain secure FIX connectivity.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve FIX-related connectivity and trading issues in a time-sensitive trading environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external market participants, vendors, and exchanges.
• Collaborate with global FIX support teams located in Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, India, London, New York, and Sydney.
• Participate in incident, change, and problem management activities to ensure system stability and operational excellence.

In this role, you will support and manage FIX connectivity solutions across clients, brokers, exchanges, and vendors while ensuring seamless electronic trading operations across global markets. You will work closely with regional teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, supporting multiple trading desks and driving FIX onboarding, certification, and connectivity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong understanding ofCash Equities trading workflows, including DMA, DSA, Agency, and Program Trading environments.
• Good knowledge ofSwaps, Futures & Options tradingwithin DMA and DSA environments.
• Prior experience within aBroker-Dealer, Investment Bank, or Electronic Tradingenvironment.
• Familiarity with Asian market structures and exchange connectivity, includingHong Kong, China Connect, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, India, and Indonesia.
• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, order management, and booking flows across electronic trading platforms.
• Experience supporting OMS and EMS platforms such asFidessa, FlexTrade, Bloomberg, ITG, or similar solutions.
• Hands-on experience with FIX testing and certification tools such asVeriFIX.
• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools includingKibana, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Logstash, ITRS, and related technologies.
