Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Business Operations professional to bridge institutional clients, technology teams and third-party providers. You will support onboarding and UAT for institutional clients, maintain configurations and help shape IT/product strategy.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in business process change or tech implementation, with API/web services experience and FIX knowledge being a plus. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

A Fintech client is seeking a Technical Business Operations person to join the team.

In this role, you will be the lead person to bridge institutional clients, technology team and third-party providers. You'll support technical onboarding and UAT for institutional clients, maintain system configurations, build relationships internally and with external partners (incl. MT4/5 bridges, ECNs), contribute to IT/product strategy, and assist with business controls and daily operationss. The role and firm boasts a collaborative team culture, and exposure across the full client lifecycle.

The successful candidate comes with at least 3-4 years relevant experience in business process change or technology implementation, ideally in institutional e-trading; API/web services experience, FIX knowledge a plus. Strong communication, analytical skills and the ability to deliver independently to deadlines are key.
