Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking an Institutional Sales Support Manager for Asset Management in Singapore. You will enable sales execution across South East Asia by coordinating materials, reporting, and client servicing, acting as the primary internal contact for documentation, and ensuring timely support for the Institutional Sales team.

The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and a proactive, highly organized approach to handling multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Institutional Sales in Asset Management.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• CRM experience with data discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfort engaging senior internal stakeholders.
• Interest or familiarity with investments and asset management sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end sales support to the Institutional Sales team covering Asset Management clients across South East Asia.
• Coordinate materials, processes, reporting, and client servicing support to enable efficient sales execution.
• Help the team spend more time selling by removing friction from day-to-day activity.
• Act as core internal contact to obtain prompt internal documentation for sales teams on the go.
