Job summary

Schroder Investment Management (Singapore) Ltd seeks a Client Manager to join the Institutional Sales team in Singapore. Develop and identify new institutional opportunities in Southeast Asia, and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients, including cross-selling across public and private markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
• CFA qualification is an advantage.
• At least 8 years of front-office experience in asset management or related investment function.
• Strong market and technical knowledge across asset classes.
• Proven ability to build new relationships with institutional clients and manage existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development plans and strategy for Southeast Asia.
• Develop relationships and secure opportunities with prospective institutional clients.
• Manage relationships of selected existing clients, including cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare sales proposals and client presentation materials coordinating with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing for events to promote the company profile.
• Attend industry events to maintain Schroders’ presence.
• Maintain contact with major consultants and support ongoing client onboarding and reporting.
• Guide client servicing teams to ensure high standards of client servicing and proactive issue management.
