HSBC Global Asset Management (Singapore) Limited is seeking an Institutional Sales Support Manager to empower the Institutional Sales team across South East Asia by delivering end-to-end sales support for asset management clients.

You will coordinate materials, processes and client servicing while engaging senior stakeholders, maintaining meticulous data discipline in CRM, and helping the team spend more time selling.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to produce client-ready materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM with strong data discipline.
• Highly organized, proactive and dependable with deadlines.
• Confident engaging senior internal stakeholders.
• Keen interest in investments and the institutional asset management sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end sales support to the Institutional Sales team across South East Asia.
• Coordinate materials, processes and reporting to enable the sales pipeline.
• Remove friction from day-to-day commercial activity so teams can spend time selling.
• Serve as internal contact to obtain prompt documentation for on-the-go sales.
