Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Institutional Account Services Specialist to oversee daily servicing of client brokerage accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service standards.

You will work with clients, trading teams, onboarding, compliance, and operations to manage requests and account activity. Ideal candidates bring a finance or related degree and 5+ years in brokerage operations, with strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant brokerage operations experience.
• Strong understanding of brokerage account lifecycle.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day servicing of client brokerage accounts.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure documentation is complete.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and risk controls.
• Produce regular reporting on volumes and service levels.
