Job summary

calibr:e represents a private equity-backed firm in Singapore seeking a top-tier Sales/Business Development professional focused on Fixed Income products. You will cultivate relationships with institutional investors, private banks, family offices, and HNW/UHNW clients to drive AUM growth and manage a structured pipeline.

The role requires deep knowledge of fixed income, FX, and income-yield strategies, with MAS regulatory awareness and Mandarin ability considered a plus for cross-border client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• CFA/CPA/ACCA or CMFA papers relevant for Singapore applicants.
• Experience in asset management distribution, private banking sales, or institutional coverage.
• Knowledge of MAS regulatory frameworks and sales documentation.
• Proven track record managing AUM of at least $3 million.
• Deep understanding of fixed income markets, FX, or income/yield strategies.
• HNW/UHNW client network in Singapore is desirable.
• Mandarin ability is preferred for non-English clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, private banks, family offices, and HNW/UHNW clients to drive asset gathering and growth in AUM through proactive engagement and structured follow-up.
• Manage a trackable sales pipeline with regular updates on conversion metrics, client feedback, and market intelligence.
• Articulate fund structures, return drivers, key risks, liquidity terms, and fee arrangements for investor understanding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare investor materials, including pitch decks, due diligence questionnaires, and term sheets, and coordinate events across Hong Kong and Singapore.
• Monitor FX and interest rate markets, translating macro developments into investor-ready messaging and gathering client feedback to inform product positioning.
