Job summary

Zohorecruit Singapore is seeking a capable Indoor Sales professional to manage a portfolio of target accounts in the Singapore market. You will provide technical and commercial support to customers while aiming to meet sales targets and contribute to profitability.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, at least 2 years in indoor sales, strong communication, CRM and SAP SD knowledge, and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (added advantage).
• Minimum 2 years in an Indoor Sales role.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and commercial terms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Working knowledge of SAP SD is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve country sales targets for assigned industry segments and accounts in Singapore.
• Manage and maintain customer and product information in SAP database.
• Ensure CRM (C4C) is used per company guidelines.
• Generate sales through prospecting, qualifying and indoor sales activities.
• Provide commercial and technical support to customers.
