Job summary

FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a sales professional to manage a portfolio of target accounts in Singapore. You will provide technical and commercial support to customers while pursuing sales targets and profitability for the company’s product portfolio.

You will use SAP and CRM systems to maintain data, engage clients through telesales, and build strong relationships with key accounts, contributing to brand growth and market presence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years in Indoor Sales; prior work experience not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and commercial terms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Working knowledge of SAP SD is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve allocated individual and country sales targets for Singapore market, managing indoor sales activities and customer engagement.
• Manage and maintain customer and product information in the SAP database.
• Ensure CRM (C4C) usage in line with company policies.
• Generate sales through prospecting, qualifying, and indoor sales activities including telesales.
• Provide commercial and technical support to customers and understand their purchasing behaviour.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts and deliver excellent service.
