This role provides essential inside sales support and contributes to growth through effective client management and streamlined sales processes. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, tracking opportunities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales support or inside sales.
• Additional language skills beyond English are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Qualify sales leads to identify opportunities and support pipeline development.
• Track sales opportunities and update pipeline status for accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute sales strategies.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the CRM.
• Communicate clearly in English to support internal coordination and client interactions.
