Skills Development Academy PTE LTD is hiring Inside Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team in Singapore. You will engage prospective customers, conduct consultative selling, and drive enrolments for our training programmes through active follow-ups and effective communication.

Responsibilities include lead engagement, converting interest into enrolments, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with marketing and operations to optimise lead quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include GCE N/O Levels, NITEC or Diploma.
• Experience in inside sales or telesales is advantageous.
• Proven ability to convert leads and close sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with target-driven environments.
• Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and enquiries to generate enrolments.
• Follow up leads and convert interest into confirmed enrolments.
• Understand learners' objectives and recommend suitable programmes.
• Close sales and assist with enrolment procedures.
• Maintain CRM records and update lead statuses.
