Job summary

Singapore Red Cross Society, via its Singapore Red Cross Academy, seeks a dynamic professional to drive enrolments and sales to corporate clients and the public. You will manage enquiries, upsell programmes, and monitor KPIs using CRM and other systems, while collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to ensure smooth course delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or university degree is required.
• Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in training/education.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Enrolment, sales and service: achieve KPIs and upsell programmes.
• Enquiry management and follow-up on leads and enrolments.
• Use CRM systems and reporting tools to monitor metrics and ROI.
• Coordinate end-to-end training cycle from registration to completion and track records.
• Build product knowledge of SRCA courses, accreditations and subsidies; act as ambassador for SRCA mission.
