BIZ IQ Institute PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a motivated Sales Assistant Manager to oversee daily sales operations, guide a sales team, and drive enrolments for our education and training programmes.

You will manage inbound leads via phone and WhatsApp, develop effective sales strategies, and coach team members to achieve targets while ensuring excellent customer experiences. The role offers growth into a Sales Manager position, on-the-job training, and opportunities to contribute to business

Qualifications

• Good communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
• Strong sales mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.
• Leadership potential and the ability to motivate and support team members.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or team supervision is an advantage.
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations and achieving sales targets.
• Manage inbound leads and customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Engage prospective learners to understand their needs and recommend suitable SkillsFuture-supported courses and training programmes.
• Follow up with leads, drive enrolments and improve lead conversion rates.
• Monitor team sales performance and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
• Assist in developing sales strategies, improving follow-up processes and achieving team targets.
• Track sales activities, maintain accurate lead records and prepare sales performance reports.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the enquiry and enrolment process.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions and business development initiatives.
