• Well-developed diplomacy skills and ability to handle diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Develop strong product knowledge, adhere to work policies and procedures, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Handle objections professionally and provide persuasive responses to enrolment.
• Meet quality standards, performance targets, and KPIs set by the department.
• Utilize data to follow up on assigned leads promptly and maintain detailed lead follow-up reports.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records for efficient retrieval based on work requirements.
