Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Healthcare Management, Health Services Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, administration, project management or a related field; experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with dashboard tools is an advantage.
• Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of operational activities across Specialist Outpatient Clinics, including resource planning, procurement and asset management.
• Compile, analyse and interpret operational data such as clinic utilisation, wait times, lead times, referral trends, attendance rates and turnaround times, and prepare timely dashboards and management reports.
• Coordinate process improvement initiatives and operational projects, including project planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and follow-up of risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Manage administrative and financial processes, including purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, expenditure tracking, inventory and asset records, payment processing and staff onboarding or offboarding support.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and support staff engagement activities, events, workshops, meetings and the follow-up of service feedback.
