Job summary

Ng Teng Fong General Hospital on JurongHealth Campus seeks a senior operations leader to provide strategic direction for inpatient operations and patient service functions across the campus. You will drive workforce planning, workflow redesign and digital-enabled initiatives, partnering with nursing, clinical and support services to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centred care.

The role emphasises leadership, accountability and continuous improvement in a dynamic public health environment

Qualifications

Degree from a recognised institution; MBA/MHA will be advantageous.
At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or a large service-oriented organisation.
Experience leading frontline teams and operational workflows.
Experience in service transformation, workforce redesign or productivity improvement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and operational oversight for inpatient operations and patient service functions across the campus.
Support the development and implementation of digital-enabled workflows, workforce transformation initiatives and service improvement projects.
Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Collaborate with nursing, clinical, corporate and support service stakeholders to drive operational excellence and patient experience outcomes.
Lead departmental workplans, performance monitoring and budget planning for operational services.
