Job summary

Ng Teng Fong General Hospital on JurongHealth Campus seeks a senior operations leader to provide strategic direction for inpatient operations and patient service functions across the campus. You will drive workforce planning, workflow redesign and digital-enabled initiatives, partnering with nursing, clinical and support services to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centred care.

The role emphasises leadership, accountability and continuous improvement in a dynamic public health environment

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognised institution; MBA/MHA will be advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or a large service-oriented organisation.
• Experience leading frontline teams and operational workflows.
• Experience in service transformation, workforce redesign or productivity improvement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for inpatient operations and patient service functions across the campus.
• Support the development and implementation of digital-enabled workflows, workforce transformation initiatives and service improvement projects.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service delivery.
• Collaborate with nursing, clinical, corporate and support service stakeholders to drive operational excellence and patient experience outcomes.
• Lead departmental workplans, performance monitoring and budget planning for operational services.
