You will lead a team of Patient Service Assistants within a department segment, coordinating with stakeholders to drive efficiency and service quality.

The role offers exposure to core hospital operations and opportunities to contribute to service-improvement projects across departments.

Qualifications

• Degree in any relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrate leadership to motivate a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with data is a plus.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
