Job summary

Woodlands Hospital in Singapore is seeking an Inpatient Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day ward services, drive patient experience, and ensure safe, efficient care delivery across inpatient towers. You will partner with clinicians and support services on dashboards, bed occupancy, LOS, and project onboarding of new wards, ensuring readiness, governance, and continuous improvement.

The role requires a degree in Healthcare Management or related field, plus proven experience in hospital

Qualifications

Degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Operations Management or a related discipline (required).
Experience in healthcare operations, ward operations, inpatient administration or hospital service management.
Demonstrated experience in project management, service improvement and stakeholder coordination.
Familiarity with hospital operational workflows and healthcare service delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of inpatient wards and provide operational support across ward services.
Support and manage Inpatient PSA teams across inpatient towers.
Monitor and improve ward operational workflows, patient experience and service standards.
Investigate operational issues, patient feedback and service gaps and implement corrective actions.
Work closely with clinicians, nursing and support departments to ensure smooth ward operations.
Lead ward setup, procurement, facilities readiness and licensing requirements for new initiatives.
