Job summary

Woodlands Hospital seeks an experienced Inpatient Operations lead to oversee daily ward operations, support PSA teams, and enhance patient experience. You will collaborate with clinicians, nurses and support services to drive service excellence and operational readiness across inpatient towers.

The role focuses on process improvement, KPI monitoring and coordinating hospital-wide transformation projects to deliver high-quality care and efficient operations at Singapore’s newer integrated campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations, ward operations, inpatient administration or hospital service management.
• Strong analytical ability with experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, service improvement and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inpatient ward operations and support service delivery across ward services.
• Coordinate with clinical and support teams to ensure efficient operational readiness and patient experience.
• Lead ward setup, procurement, facilities readiness, and licensing requirements for new initiatives.
