Job summary
Woodlands Health Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced healthcare operations leader to shape integrated care services and drive execution across hospital and community settings.
You will partner with clinical leaders, nursing, allied health and corporate teams to strengthen service delivery and scale new care models for better outcomes. Translate strategy into actionable plans, monitor KPIs, lead budgeting and governance, and develop high-performing teams.
Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, service management, clinical administration or related fields.
- Experience leading teams and managing operational functions.
- Healthcare, community care or integrated care experience is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Responsibilities
- Shape integrated care services across outpatient, inpatient and community settings.
- Drive operational excellence with budgeting, planning and governance.
- Lead and develop clinical operations executives and support staff.
- Advance Care Planning leadership and outreach for implementation and sustainability.
- Deliver cross-functional collaboration to align clinical, nursing and corporate objectives.
