• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of leadership in healthcare.
• Experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration or acute care service management.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and change-management skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and service transformation across acute care services.
• Provide operational leadership and drive patient flow, bed utilisation and service performance.
• Oversee bed management, capacity planning and discharge planning initiatives.
• Provide governance for Health Information Services and Clinical Coding operations.
• Lead operational readiness, facilities improvements and procurement planning.
• Strengthen organizational preparedness, risk management and business continuity.
• Develop future leaders and foster stakeholder engagement across teams.
