Job summary

IL NETWORK PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst to monitor and maintain servers, storage and backup systems, perform routine checks, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues in Windows and Linux environments.

You will work with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking, document incidents and solutions, support upgrades, and contribute to cybersecurity and IT improvements, requiring 2–3 years of relevant experience and good communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Experience with Windows & Linux environments.
• Knowledge of VMware / Hyper‑V, Microsoft 365, AD and networking.
• Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, storage and backup systems.
• Perform routine checks and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Support Windows and Linux server environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Server, SQL Server and Microsoft 365.
• Support VMware and Microsoft Hyper‑V virtualization environments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD), RDS and end‑user computing systems.
• Monitor network, WAN connectivity and basic network security.
• Assist with system upgrades, maintenance and infrastructure improvements.
• Respond to IT infrastructure incidents and provide timely solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, maintenance and solutions.
• Support cybersecurity activities such as vulnerability monitoring and system updates.
