Job summary

IL NETWORK PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support professional in Singapore to monitor and maintain servers, storage, and backup systems. You will troubleshoot issues, support Windows and Linux environments, and manage VMware/Hyper‑V, Microsoft 365, AD, and networking.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT-related field required.
• 2–3 years of IT infrastructure support experience, especially with server, storage and backup.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Knowledge of VMware/Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, AD and networking.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage and backups.
• Perform routine checks and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Support Windows and Linux server environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Server, SQL Server and Microsoft 365.
• Support VMware and Microsoft Hyper‑V virtualization environments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD), RDS and end‑user computing systems.
• Monitor networks and WAN connectivity, plus basic network security.
• Assist with system upgrades, maintenance and infrastructure improvements.
• Respond to IT infrastructure incidents and provide timely solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
• Maintain documentation of incidents, maintenance and solutions.
• Support cybersecurity activities such as vulnerability monitoring and system updates.
