Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Specialist to oversee daily operations, monitor performance, and maintain Windows and Linux environments. The role requires virtualization, AD/RDS, and security skills, with a focus on reliability and documentation.

You will manage Microsoft Server, SQL Server, and 365-related tasks, coordinate upgrades, and ensure SLAs are met from an office in Bukit Merah, Singapore, with 9am–6pm work hours, Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT is required.
• 2–3 years in deploying & maintaining Server, Storage & Backup in Windows & Linux.
• Experience in Microsoft Server, SQL Server & Reporting Server.
• Experience in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience in AD, RDS & system troubleshooting.
• Experience in email systems (Microsoft 365) & troubleshooting.
• Experience in EUC & troubleshooting.
• Experience in networking/perimeter security/WAN connectivity.
• Cyber security knowledge: vulnerabilities, monitoring, updates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure operations and routine checks.
• Monitor daily infrastructure traffic and performance.
• Configure infrastructure and related environments (hardware, software).
• Maintain documentation of maintenance procedures and tests.
• Perform minor repairs per design specifications.
• Assist with testing, optimization and upgrades.
• Coordinate deployment of new/upgraded infrastructure.
• Act as first point of contact for incidents.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and document resolutions.
• Support service level objectives and performance improvements.
