Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks an IT Infrastructure professional to manage and maintain enterprise IT environments in a central Singapore office.

You will handle Windows servers, AD, Exchange, Office 365, cloud platforms, and backup systems while contributing to 24/7 standby support and SLA compliance. The role requires 2–4 years in IT operations or cloud admin, with hands-on work across VMware/Hyper‑V/Nutanix, backup tools, and networking basics.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT operations, system infrastructure, or cloud administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of VMware, Hyper‑V, Nutanix, backup solutions (Veeam/Veritas), TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Basic networking and IT security knowledge.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Azure, or AWS are an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including Windows servers, storage, backup, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Administer AD, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, and AWS environments.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Support virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper‑V, and Nutanix.
• Manage backup solutions and ensure successful backup and recovery operations.
• Perform system patching, security updates, software licensing, and certificate management.
• Support cloud infrastructure, automation, and day‑to‑day IT operations.
• Maintain technical documentation, reports, and system configurations.
• Participate in 24/7 standby support and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support new technology implementations.
